The Gaylord Wellness Center in North Haven houses Gaylord Physical Therapy, Othropedics and Sports Medicine for physical therapy services, Healthtrax Fitness and Wellness, and Gaylord Sleep Medicine Center.
The Gaylord Sleep Medicine Center is a 12-bed sleep center and is the flagship of Gaylord’s sleep medicine program. Board-certified sleep medicine physicians are available for physician consultation and patient evaluation. The center is equipped for day and overnight sleep testing as well as CPAP therapy for adults and children.
Healthtrax Fitness and Wellness is Gaylord's partner in bringing area residents improved cardiovascular health, strength and endurance through a contemporary fitness center that differs from the rest. Here, a team of dedicated professionals work with people to meet their individual goals of improved health, for life. The center features individual instruction, group classes, trainer-assisted circuit, lap pool and sauna, therapy pool and more. To complete the health focus, Gaylord provides physical therapy services, including aquatic therapy, within the center, working alongside Healthtrax staff in the same environment.

Take Route 10 and merge onto the CT-40 south exit in Hamden.
Take exit 1.
Turn right onto Dixwell Avenue.
Turn right onto Hartford Turnpike.
Turn right onto Devine Street.
