Upon admission to Gaylord, you and your significant others are directed to your assigned room. There, an admission interviewer verifies basic patient information such as your name, address, social security number and insurance.
Care managers ensure that each patient is admitted to and discharged from Gaylord at the most appropriate level of care. Upon admission, you will be assigned a care manager who follows you through the full continuum of care.
