Caring People Making a Special Gift

For more than a century, Gaylord has been devoted to providing care beyond the ordinary for thousands of patients. We are fortunate to have many patients, families, friends and businesses express their gratitude through gifts designed to continue the hospital’s work. Each of our donors has a unique story about the experiences that shaped their decision to make a gift to Gaylord.

Planned Giving

Through planned giving, you show that you believe in the work of Gaylord Hospital, and you want to ensure that we will continue to help for the generations to come. Planned giving may be an ideal way for you to give a gift that makes a difference for us, but still considers your own future financial needs and those of your family. Visit our Planned Giving site for more information.

Other Opportunities

Ekso Program and Step Up! Scholarships: Two ways to support an innovative new program that uses the newest techonology, the Ekso bionic exoskeleton, to help patients with lower body weakness or paralysis to stand and walk.

Capital Projects: New equipment and physical plant enhancements are just two examples of ways your gift can directly impact Gaylord and ensure the hospital’s tradition of excellence.

Endowed Named Fund ($25,000 minimum): A gift to the endowment is an investment in Gaylord Hospital. The income promises to ensure the quality of care for generations to come. When establishing an Endowed Named Fund, you may specify how you want the funds used and the fund can be named for yourself or a loved one. You define the fund’s purpose, whether it be:

  • Patient care
  • Therapeutic recreation
  • Campus beautification
  • Research
  • Unrestricted (to be applied where the need is greatest)

Organizing and hosting an event to benefit Gaylord is a wonderful way to help support our efforts and it is easier than you think.
