Customized evaluation and treatment
During your first visit to Gaylord, you can expect your therapist to perform a comprehensive evaluation including an assessment of your particular condition and areas of concern. Your therapist will design an individualized treatment plan and discuss how many sessions you may need. Throughout your treatment, your plan of care may be adjusted, depending on your progress. This will be communicated to your referring medical practitioner. Our goal is to help you achieve the best possible outcome.
What to wear? Since you will be actively stretching and exercising, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Lockers are available if you want to bring a change of clothing.
We participate with most insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Our staff will work with you to verify your benefits and explain your physical therapy coverage.
