• Take I-91 south to exit 10 (CT-40N, Mt. Carmel/Hamden).
• Take exit 1.

• Take the first right into the driveway leading into the Gaylord Wellness Center.
• Take the first right and follow the signs to the parking lot.

From Cheshire via Route 10

• Take Route 10 and merge onto the CT-40 south exit in Hamden.
