Outcomes Data For Gaylord Hospital
(October 2007 through September 2008)

One of the primary measures at Gaylord Hospital is patient satisfaction.  Gaylord tracks patient satisfaction for each of its three service lines (Inpatient, Outpatient and Sleep Medicine), including the percent of patients who have given the hospital a satisfaction rating above average.

Fiscal Year 2008 Satisfaction Scores by Service Line
Inpatient results were that 93% of our patients who returned surveys gave us an above average rating.
Outpatient received surveys showing that 96% of patients gave Gaylord an above average rating.
Sleep Medicine received an above average satisfaction score from 99% of its patients.
