Outcomes Data For Gaylord Hospital

One of the primary measures at Gaylord Hospital is patient satisfaction. Gaylord tracks patient satisfaction for each of its three service lines (Inpatient, Outpatient and Sleep Medicine), including the percent of patients who have given the hospital a satisfaction rating above average.

Fiscal Year 2007 Satisfaction Scores by Service Line
Inpatient results were that 92% of our patients who returned surveys gave us an above average rating.
Outpatient received surveys showing that 97% of patients gave Gaylord an above average rating.
Sleep Medicine received an above average satisfaction score from 98% of its patients.
