      Increase performance

Looking to improve your sports performance?

      • Injury prevention: Gaylord can help you strengthen your muscles and improve your flexibility to help you resist the kinds of injuries that shorten athletic careers.
      • Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA): Sometimes injuries result from repeated imbalance— a flaw in the stride, putting too much weight on one leg when lifting, running, or jumping. Our SFMA program can spot and correct those flaws.
      • SportsmetricsTM: This program focuses on improving an athlete’s explosive power, agility, and speed. If you’re looking for an edge in these areas, Sportsmetrics has proven results.
