Veterans Yoga Class

This seated yoga class for Veterans will incorporate gentle yoga postures, movement sequences, breath work, flexibility and guided meditation to help you focus clearly, move mindfully and practice gratitude.
This class is part of the Winter Sports Association Veteran's Adaptive Sports Series. This class will be held in person at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare in Wallingford and via Zoom. Event is open to veterans of all ability levels. No experience is needed; just have your chair ready and have fun!
