As of March 23, 2020, in response the governor's mandate regarding the current COVID-19 crisis, Gaylord is reducing outpatient services and temporarily closing our North Haven and Cheshire locations.  A staff member will be contacting anyone with an appointment in the days ahead.  Thank you for your understanding.

Our Newest Technology

AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill

We now have the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill at each of our physical therapy locations in Cheshire and North Haven. The AlterG uses NASA-developed Differential Air Pressure (DAP) technology that gently adjusts body weight from 100% down to as low as 20%. This unique unweighting with air pressure comfortably lifts the user and allows him/her to walk or run at a fraction of their body weight changing the way athletes train and rehab. The AlterG offers unprecedented unweighting therapy and training capabilities to top-level athletes, orthopedic and neurological patients, children, seniors and those looking to improve overall fitness.

Our Approach to Care
