Inpatient Care for COVID-19
Gaylord treats patients recovering from COVID-19 in both our inpatient and outpatient settings. Inpatients come to Gaylord from an acute care hospital may need complex medical care, pulmonary care, ventilator weaning, and intenstive rehabilitation. After recovery in the inpatient setting or after recovering from COVID-19 without hospitalizaion patients may need additional outpatient support to deal with the effects of the disease. Gaylord is specially equipped to help patients who have had COVID-19 to recover and rehabilitate from the sometimes persistent effects of this disease, whether as an inpatient or outpatient.
