Fundraising Events

Have fun while supporting Gaylord! Throughout the year fundraising events are hosted by Gaylord or are created and hosted on our behalf by individuals, businesses, foundations or organizations. We hope that you will not only attend an event but that you or your organization will be inspired to create a benefit event on behalf of Gaylord. Events for 2015 and 2016 are below.

May 5, 2017 - Wine, Beer and Cordial Tasting  

The Elizabeth Birney Gagliardi Endowment Fund for Multiple Sclerosis was established at Gaylord for providing care for those with MS. Every donation to the Wine, Beer and Cordial Tasting event makes a tremendous difference by offering financial assistance to MS patients whose insurance benefits have expired. The event also supports Gaylord's Brain Injury Program.

June 5, 2017 - Gaylord Annual Golf Classic

The Annual Golf Classic is an 18-hole, competitive golf tournament in the scramble format held the first Monday of every June at the Farms Country Club in Wallingford. This tournament provides the operating income for Gaylord’s adaptive sports program for people with physical disabilities. June 12, 2017 - M.J. Petretto Foundation Golf Classic

The M.J. Petretto Foundation’s mission is to fund organizations that support education health, and quality of life to build stronger Connecticut communities. The Foundation was also inspired by a 2008 automobile accident that nearly claimed the life of M.J.’s nephew, Jesse. Each year The M.J. Petretto Foundation Golf Classic helps fund Gaylord's Spinal Cord Injury Program and other non-profit Connecticut Organizations.

June 24, 2017 - Gaylord Gauntlet At Gaylord

No obstacle is too great - and that's true for our 5k Trail Run. Challenge yourself with a variety of obstacles as you run through our wooded campus. All proceeds benefit the Gaylord Sports Association which provides adaptive sports for people with physical disabilities.
