Support Groups at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare
In rehabilitation, there is nothing that can take the place of peers with similar experiences. They can provide knowledge, insight, reassurance and encouragement of incredible value. Look at Gaylord’s range of support groups and you’ll see proof of this. Each one provides a setting for people to join together, talk through issues, learn about advancements, and give each other encouragement.
Gaylord sponsors many support groups that provide ongoing education and camaraderie for people with various disabilities or health concerns. Some groups, however, are more pertinent to our inpatients and their families. These groups are indicated in the listing. If you are interested in attending a group meeting, please call the contact person to confirm meeting time and location.
Many support groups intended for Gaylord Hospital inpatients are not included in this list. Contact your Gaylord Care Manager for additional support.
