An initial wheelchair assessment at Gaylord lasts between 45-90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the individual's need. This allows time for a detailed evaluation, equipment simulation, and discussion of recommendations and next steps based on your individual needs.

Gaylord provides assessments for manual and power mobility devices and standing frames. Depending on your needs, the evaluation may also include pressure mapping, custom seating support, and other specialized equipment considerations.
