    Program Overview

    Your Journey Through the Program

    Designed for new graduate neuro physical therapists, this paid 16-week mentorship helps you transition from student to confident clinician.

    What to Expect:

      • 32 hours per week before NPTE, increasing to 40 after passing the exam
      • Time off to prepare for and take the NPTE
      • Structured mentorship with experienced neurologic PTs
      • Hands-on patient care from day one

    What You’ll Gain:

      • Stronger clinical reasoning and patient management skills
      • Experience treating complex neurologic conditions
      • Exposure to interdisciplinary care (PT, OT, SLP, physiatry)
      • Confidence entering your first full-time role
