Gaylord Specialty Healthcare Taps Cheshire Resident  Joseph McAndrew as Senior Philanthropy Officer

WALLINGFORD, CONNECTICUT, June 8, 2022 – Gaylord Specialty Healthcare has named Joseph McAndrew, Jr. as Senior Philanthropy Officer. McAndrew will be responsible for the development and growth of a major gifts program to support the capital and strategic initiatives set forth in Gaylord’s long-range plan.

McAndrew is a seasoned development professional with more than 16 years of experience in campaign planning, frontline fundraising, stewardship and special events.

McAndrew most recently served as associate director of development and alumni relations and principal and major gifts officer at Yale Law School where he helped develop the overall plan for fundraising initiatives including principal and major gifts, annual fund, direct marketing and stewardship. He has previously worked in development and alumni relations at Choate Rosemary Hall.

A father of three girls, McAndrew resides in Cheshire with his wife, Andrea.
