Jadean Hoff, PT, DPT is an outpatient physical therapist and clinic supervisor at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare in Fairfield, CT. She is a board certified clinical specialist in neurologic physical therapy and earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. Jadean works with adults across the spectrum of neurologic disorders, but specializes in vestibular and concussion conditions. She holds advanced certifications in vestibular and concussion management, is a certified clinical instructor for graduate physical therapy students, and is involved in outpatient clinical mentorship programs.
